Moving to a new premise is never easy, but we were there to ensure that we bought their working community closer than ever before and take ensure that the brand took advantage of this opportunity to change not only the brand pallette but also their working practices, and embark on a huge cultural shift.

One of the key principles that our designers had to be sure to captivate and bring to life was to build a working environment where individuals can build a successful and rewarding career. This included a brand new training academy, a place that’s dedicated to their learning and development – not an after thought or a lifeless meeting room.
Forefront of Community
Work hard, play hard has never been truer. This next generation of employees are looking for more than a pay cheque at the end of the month. They want to work for companies that provide a valuable balance. In conjunction with ODA who developed the new branding for McColls, our designers took full advantage of this three story atrium space to create a vibrant and playful space that can be used to relax and socialise, as well as for informal meetings and company wide congregations, something that the brand hasn’t been able to offer thus far – a great way to make people feel that they are part of something much bigger.
