Property Director

Critical to this project success was absorbing as much knowledge from our client as possible. We spent time understanding how the business model operates, their aspirations for the future and also appreciating what currently works for the brand, and teamed this with capturing the wealth of knowledge around customer experience from staff that are highly knowledgeable and experts in their field.

The key take out was that this new concept had to evoke a feeling of trust for the bride – this translates into confidence, and in turn, a sale.

Brides are taken on a three-stage customer journey when considering their purchase: form, silhouette & embellishment. We wanted to encapsulate this within the store environment, so have aligned these three core principles with the way in which customers move around the space. In addition, the store palette has evolved from the ‘fifty shades of grey’ interior, resulting in a space that elevates the product and the brand – without elevating our clients investment per square foot.

WED2B are now headed into a 13 store roll out over a 13 week period with their new concept in a brand new country.
